  Ridiculous. The ring set I bought is covered for replacement stones and resizing. The business that Zales sends the jewelry to SUCKS! First my engagement ring needed to be sized and an accent stone replaced. This place Zales sends the jewelry to sized it, but sent it back missing the stone still. So, Zales sends it back with a note about the missing stone. This place sends it back STILL missing the stone! So Zales sends my ring to someone local. It got done. Now my wedding band is missing stones and needs to be sized. Before I dropped off my band, I asked if they still send their jewelry to that same place that screwed up in my previous ring. Zales said yes, but that the business is getting better about the previous issues (apparently I'm not he only ones they've had this done to) so, they sent my band off. Today zales called and say they got my band back BUT it wasn't done right and need to send it back! Wtf? Why does Zales do business with this other company that screws up everything? I asked if they could send it to a local person and they said NO! they're sending it BACK to the same place! Wtf?!
