  They delivered as promised. Very pleasant experience. Carpet in 3 days from date of purchase. The carpet looks lovely in my home for a fraction of the price quoted else where. Would recommend Valley Remnants to anyone.

  They sold me a carpet and installed wood floors the carpet started peeling up where's the carpet met the wood floors I called the management there was times so they sent out to install guy who install the carpet and he wanted to put a piece of carpet 1 foot wide by 8 ft long to replace where it was peeling up I told no that would look funny how I have a brand new piece of carpet with carpet that has been broken in and kind of Warren Inn it will not match and it is in one of the main walkways of the house where company in gas to see it so I called the management back again management does not return my phone calls and does not do anything to resolve the situation please do not buy carpet here if any problems or defects they will leave you hanging

  Tom G. delivered great customer service!! He has been a gem during our house reno project by really fighting to get us what we needed and within our budget. I'm very pleased with the service here and would definitely return in the future!!
