  I think his name was Lace or something like that, but amazing customer service, the best i had ever seen, he was so passive, he answer all my questions and help me so much, and also the other guys were great too, you can tell they give an awesome customer service, if you are looking to get an awesome customer service, this is the best t-mobile store to do so.

  This is my favorite store and i've been to just about every one in the Fresno/Clovis area .The employees are some of the nicest and most understanding people you will ever meet. Super helpful and friendly. Never a long wait, always making sure we get the best deal we can for our family.

  Way better than most other stores in area but the package deals are a scam. Said case, screen protector and card in deal but was actually 169 added in payments over 2 years. Be aware. Also removed sd card to copy things off phone to new one and did not return it. After a day of thinking that I had lost 5000 plus pictures I realized it was AWOL and called the store where they produced it for pick up. That saved the whole fiasco from being unbearable!
