  I purchased the wrong kind of refill card because I listened to the guy at walgreens like the dumb consumer that I am. Well walgreens will not take the gift cards or refill cards back as a return or exchange not even for a merchandise credit. Then I called AT $T and talked to 7 different people explaining the circumstances over and over again to be told that there is a way that the manager of the store could do a conversation with the card to place at least a portion of the 100$ in funds i spent on the card to my cell account. So I go into the store to be told that noone else has done that mistake before (thanks for calling me an idiot in a nice way) and that the manager will have to get back to me. Well the associate did call me back but only for me to be told that there is no way to help me. So I guess they dont know how to convert. Im out 100 dollars. Normally the stores employees are all nice but when your spending a bunch of money they kind of should be but I do think the store is always clean and its close to my house. Thanks AT $T.... sort of.
