They always dont have time even when no cars are there. They just look at you and pay no attention to you. A customer was stuck there after his purchase, with a bad battery they told him that they dont jump cars and never came to help him. We need to bar this busines out of our area. KKK members!

These guys are great at what they do - I was in and out with an oil change, smog test, and hose repair within an hour. Very friendly, and very experienced, the technicians and the owner come across as doing all that they can to find very reasonable solutions for any problem (I've been driving around with duct tape in my car for g-d knows how long, despite dropping several thousand dollars in repairs; these guys took care of it in under an hour, charging only a few dollars!). I definitely will go back again, and I qualify this as a great oil change, smog, and all-around maintenance shop, with great prices and great customer service.

I took my car here, like I've been taking it for YEARS, to be smogged for the DMV, on July 6th. They are a little pricier than other places (I was charged $58) but they are usually very fast- which is what I needed. The reason I'm giving them only 3 stars is because they also wrote on my paperwork: "Serpentine belts are cracked." First of all, my car only has ONE S belt but I guess they think I'm so stupid I don't know that. Secondly, I had my Serpentine belt REPLACED only FIVE DAYS EARLIER. Of all the things they could have claimed was wrong with my car, they pick the one thing that is BRAND NEW on my car. I don't know if they even looked at it or, again, just think I'm so stupid I don't know any better and chose it at random. Unfortunately I didn't even see this "Recommendation" until well after I'd left. But I DID take my car back to my mechanic (at Harold's Automotive) to have it looked over and everything is perfectly fine with my car. My Serpentine belt is still perfectly intact, no cracks or damage of any kind. Just beware of them trying to sell you stuff you don't need. Question everything and make them show you- especially if you're a woman alone. I won't be taking my car back here for smog anymore since I no longer trust them.
