They treat the customers like they don't need them and they never have more than one lane open because they're too busy talking to each other. Whenever you ask for someone to help find something they're too busy and they just point you in the direction aimlessly and typically incorrect. The management needs to up their customer service game drastically or hire some people who know how to treat the customers better
