  I came to this O'Reilly after removing my starter and came here to get it tested. I walked in and and the gentleman behind the counter smiled and greeted me. I wish I could have remembered his name but he wore glasses and spoke with a very slight accent. He was extremely helpful and friendly. We eventually made it to the starter/alternator testing machine. After the employee connected everything we unfortunately received an error message. The machine was having technical difficulties. He expressed that he has tried to restart the machine hoping for a quick fix, but nothing has worked. I understand these technological errors occur and I also understand that this machine is for the customers benefit. I appreciate the help O'Reilly offers by having this machine for us but I am disappointing that a company as large as O'Reilly still has not repaired their machine. It was near closing time and the employee understood that I needed a solution ASAP so he referred me to another O'Reilly that was open until 11pm. Thanks to him, instead of going to a nearby autozone, I traveled to the other O'Reilly to test my starter and ultimately purchase my starter at that shop. Thank you O'Reilly and thank you to the employee involved in my experience.
