I found a chair that I loved, and yes, I had to wait while they custom built it (I got the upgraded leather), but Alex explained what the lead time would be, and the chair arrived before it was promised. My chair is beautiful, comfortable, and exactly what I wanted. I am going back soon to look at a table that caught my eye..... =)
