- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆April 08, 2020, by Jessica MendozaWe purchased mattresses about a month ago that were supposed to be delivered to our home, there delivery service is terrible, till this day nothing has been delivered, and when I tried contacting jcpenney to solve this issue, I was told they only handle sales not deliverys, how rude, terrible customer service. I will never purchase here again.
