  Every single time I come here, no matter what time of day, I can expect to wait 10-15 minutes in line to buy 2-3 items. It seems as if the employees misread their business textbooks as "maximize" wait time instead of "minimize". Go to Walgreens across the street.

  Consistently one of the worse customer service experiences ever from one cashier (Cathy, Kathy?). She has got to be one of the rudest people I have ever encountered, on either side of the counter. She is very condescending to customers. Worse is that the pharmacists never seems to want to do anything about it. This pharmacy is a huge tarnish on the CVS name.
