  Went into the pharmacy with a transferred prescription and after being told to come back 2 1/2 hrs later than necessary (apparently because the main pharmist was going to lunch) ? Only to find out they never even signed me into the system. I was left to reach out MYSELF to the hospital and get a pharmacist on the phone from my cell phone and litterly handed the CVS pharmist my phone... Something even the hospital pharmist found odd and even ask me "why didn't CVS call him directly?" Apparently CVS only calls once and gives up on all other efforts. Now I'm waiting another 20 min plus the 2 1/2 they just made up I guess to mealy waste my time for something that would of been resolved by simply calling the hospital I came from. Overall I find this CVS particularly lazy and/or careless when it come to getting things done for patients medication. Giving that I basically called in the transfer and got it done myself... Smh
