  Came in to the store during my lunch to purchase a video game and it was very busy. I tried getting assistance but every associate was assisting somebody. The games were not organized and after searching for over 15 minutes I gave up. I asked an associate and was told that most likely was sold out. I checked the Best Buy app and it showed in stock. Decided to order it and let them try to find it. Sure enough I received an email notification that my order was ready for pickup. Went after work and got the game. Not going to knock them given the holiday rush and my timing of going to the store. Overall my experience was pleasant. If you're looking at an item online and it's in stock, save some time and buy it online and pick it up.

  This place is AMAZING. Friendly staff, patient and kind, very welcoming and generous. They helped me with everything.. my son was in the men's bathroom and staff were willing to check... The organization is great, and they always have whatever I need in stock... beautiful.. I want to work with them.

  The worker’s at this store have always been friendly, but most importantly helpful. I was recently helped by LaRasha in the mobile department. Great Customer Service! Friendly, helpful, patient. She was wearing this blue lipstick that matched the Best Buy color scheme that I swear only she can pull off. Thanks for a great experience!
