  I'm not from the area but I found this location was closest to me and decided to call ahead because I had some questions I wanted answered first. I found it so frustrating that they never answer their phone. I must've called 15 times over 2 days and not once did anyone answer or call back. I finally decided to stop in and to my surprise there were plenty of people working, so I don't understand why no one answered the phone?! I wasted my time there because come to find out they didn't have the color granite I wanted in stock there. I had to go all the way to Clovis, which was annoying since they could've just told me over the phone had they bothered to answer my calls. Overall, I had a better experience in Clovis. This location definitely needs to work on their customer service.
